GTA VC: True Vehicle Pack is a mod for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, created by Ilya Kostygov aKa Till Lindermann.
Description:
GTA VC: TRUE VEHICLE PACK - a collection of vehicles that replaces ingame cars
to the externally closest/year of release real car models.

Installation: in it's base modification using ModLoader so you need just to drop files from the archive to your game folder and replace it.
